It is a fact that we start losing our balance with age. Balance can also compromised by our postural tendencies, injury and/or illness. In this workshop we'll look at our biomechanics/posture, use balance and centering techniques from Qigong (chi kung) and Tai Chi, and play with stability disc, core and other proprioception exercises. By the end of the workshop you will have more confidence in your balance, the tools to continue increasing it and the knowledge for decreasing your chance of getting repetitive injuries in the future.

Class time: Approximately 2 hours.
Fitness Levels: All.
Recommendations: Please wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes or good enclosed walking shoes.
